Astoria Cove Development - Final Environmental Impact Statement

On September 19, 2014, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Astoria Cove Development project.

A public hearing on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at 10:00 AM in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning located at 22 Reade Street in Manhattan, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. The public hearing also considered modifications to the applicant’s ULURP application (ULURP Nos. C140323(A)ZSQ, C140324(A)ZSQ, and N140329(A)ZRQ). Written comments on the DEIS were requested and accepted by the Lead Agency until Monday, August 18, 2014. The FEIS incorporates responses to comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
