He oversees a newly created vertical that integrates key supply chain functions, including Purchasing; Logistics and Inventory; General Services (Fleet, Building Services, Printing and Imaging); and the Customer Contact Center. Tony has more than 17 years of municipal experience. He began his career at DCAS, serving in several roles (including Executive Director of DCAS Logistics) before joining NYC Emergency Management — where he was deployed to San Juan, Puerto Rico, as part of New York City’s first municipal response team following Hurricane Maria — and then the NYC Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Tony has been at NYCHA since 2021, most recently serving as Vice President of Purchasing, Logistics and Inventory, leading the implementation of best practices that significantly reduced requisition backlogs while strengthening customer service and collaboration with operational partners. A lifelong sports fan, he is also a regular contributor to a podcast that highlights Division III football, its student-athletes, and coverage of the Empire 8 Conference, following the completion of his youngest son’s collegiate football career.
