Jaclyn Sullivan was appointed Senior Vice President of Healthy Homes in August 2024. In this role, she oversees the department responsible for addressing environmental hazards, including mold, lead-based paint, asbestos, and water quality.
Jaclyn joined NYCHA in 2018 as Senior Advisor to the General Manager and was promoted to Chief of Staff to the General Manager in 2019. From 2021 through June 2023, she served as Chief of Staff at the Oklahoma City Housing Authority, rejoining NYCHA in July 2023 as Vice President of Healthy Homes. Prior to her housing authority leadership roles, Jaclyn worked as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science in emergency management from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
