Your Human Resources (HR) representative will guide you through the onboarding process and will be in touch by email and/or phone. Make sure that you consistently check your email during this time.
Please review and complete the following documents before your HR meeting. Contact your HR representative if you have additional questions. It is strongly recommended that you bring printed copies to your appointment to expedite paperwork processing.
Your HR representative will advise you on fingerprinting and personnel processing fees that will be required based on your civil service title.
Comprehensive Personnel Document (CPD-B)
You will be emailed the Comprehensive Personnel Document, a pre-employment questionnaire, to confirm that you meet the qualifications listed for your position.
W-4 Employee's Withholding Certificate
Federal form to allow employer to withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay.
