Open Enrollment & Health Insurance Expansions
Open Enrollment is upon us in New York State! During the NY State of Health Open Enrollment period, people can sign up for, renew, or change their health insurance plans. Qualified Health Plans are more affordable than ever and expanded cost-sharing initiatives mean that New Yorkers will pay less for care. Help us spread the word!
Essential Plan Expansion
New York residents with incomes of up to 250% of the Federal Poverty Line, including DACA residents, may now qualify for the Essential Plan. Learn more and get support.

Since 2020, Medicaid, Essential Plan, and Child Health Plus health insurance plans have been automatically renewed. Now, automatic renewals have ended.
