The Department of Finance offers several programs to help businesses track and manage their New York City parking violations.
Hearings-by-video now available for businesses
A hearings-by-video option is now available for businesses through the Consolidated Adjudication Unit. You can now participate in parking and camera violation hearings remotely. You must upload all evidence to be presented at the hearing when you create the Electronic Case File.

Respondents who wish to challenge a violation at the Parking Violation Bureau’s Consolidated Adjudications Unit (CAU) must include a minimum of 50 violations in each electronic case folder.
Respondents who wish to challenge a violation at CAU and have fewer than 50 outstanding violations must include all of the outstanding violations in one ECF.
