The FY 2024 forms are now available online. CBO providers must ensure that all budgets and budget modifications submitted by their agency are in compliance with New York City and DYCD rules and regulations.

FY 2024 Discretionary Contracts

DYCD and other City agencies administer Discretionary contract funds. Discretionary funds are funds that non-profit, community-based social service providers use to meet the needs of local communities. The funds are allocated by the Members of the New York City Council.
