DDC purchases goods, services, and construction over $20K and up to $1.5 million from City-certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) via a limited competition process called the M/WBE Small Purchase method. Examples of contracts DDC directly awarded to M/WBEs using the M/WBE Small Purchase method are provided below. If you are a City-certified M/WBE and are interested in receiving solicitations for similar opportunities, please email: mwbediscretionaryinfo@ddc.nyc.gov.
DDC currently has an increased need for Special Inspections services. If you are a City-certified M/WBE registered with the Department of Buildings (DOB) as a Special Inspection Agency (SIA) for all special inspection categories and you’d like to receive solicitations for upcoming opportunities, please send us an email to mwbediscretionaryinfo@ddc.nyc.gov to get on the distribution list!
Please note that by submitting an Expression of Interest you are consenting to receive an e-mail solicitation regarding an upcoming M/WBE Small Purchase opportunity. The solicitations listed above are examples of previously awarded M/WBE Small Purchase contracts and do not obligate DDC in any way. More information about DDC’s standard operating procedures related to the M/WBE Small Purchase method is here.
Receive and respond to additional opportunities by creating an account in PASSPort. Instructions here.
