NYC Vision Zero Safety Forum 2026

DCAS will host the 2026 Vision Zero Fleet Safety Forum on Thursday, October 22, at the Queens Theatre in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, along with our partners at Together for Safer Roads (TSR). Please see the flyer here. The program will be posted closer to the event. Meanwhile, tentative program information is available at the RSVP site. This event brings together leading stakeholders from public and private fleets, innovative safety technology companies, policy experts, and road safety advocates for an exciting day of speeches, panel discussions, and breakout sessions.

NYC Fleet Show (Equipment and Vehicle Show) 2026

DCAS and Parks hosted the 2026 Fleet Show on May 21 at the Unisphere at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The show included vendors in all sectors of Fleet displaying vehicles, equipment, products, and services. Please see the flyer for the show. The 2026 show featured several electric trucks that recently joined the fleet, including Parks’ very own PuppetMobile and OCME’s electric mortuary truck. It also featured a solar race car built by NYC high school students. And NYC and LAC announced an ongoing partnership on fleet sustainability.

Smart City Expo USA

DCAS partnered with Smart City Expo for their 2025 expo at the Javits Center on April 2-3. The conference featured speakers and exhibitors on a wide array of topics in technology and innovation in urban government and development. DCAS discussed and showcased our initiatives in sustainable, safe, and innovative fleet practices. Please click here for more information on the event.

Impulsion Conference in Montreal

DCAS Fleet participated as a partner organization at the 2023 Impulsion conference Montreal, Canada from March 13 to 15 at Palais des congrès de Montréal. The event focused on sustainable transportation, reducing our carbon footprint, and electrification. DCAS Deputy Commissioner and NYC Chief Fleet Officer Keith Kerman presented as part of a panel on building out electric vehicle infrastructure. DCAS partnered with the government of Quebec on previous editions of this event starting in June 2019.

Fleet Vision International – The Show

The 2025 Fleet Vision International event took place in London on April 3, 2025. DCAS has partnered with the City of London and Fleet International since 2016 on the exchange of best practices for electrification and the use of biofuels in the transportation sector, air quality, driver retention and training, and road safety. The event includes speakers, exhibitors, and an awards program for innovative practices in fleet management.
