NYC Settlement With L'Officiel

The City of New York reached a settlement with L’Officiel USA Inc. Under the agreement, you may be eligible to receive compensation if you:

1. Performed freelance work for L’Officiel or its affiliated titles between January 1, 2017 and July 11, 2023 AND
2. Were not fully paid what you were owed for your work.

If you are named in the settlement agreement, we will email you with additional information on how to receive your payment. 

If you are not named in the settlement agreement, please read the full notice below. You will need to complete and submit the L’Officiel USA Claims Form below by February 7, 2024.
