Press Conferences, Rallies or Stationary Demonstration
A Press Conference, Rally or Stationary Demonstration is a public gathering that uses over 50% of one Pedestrian Plaza or over 50% of one plaza and any other Pedestrian Plaza for one day. Press conferences, rallies or stationary demonstrations are not commercial, promotional or charitable events. No fundraising or sale of goods or services is permitted. When hosting a Press Conference, Rally or Stationary Demonstration, keep in mind the following:
- Your application must be submitted 10 days prior to the event
- Exceptions will be made if the need for the event could not be foreseen
- Rain dates are not permitted for your event
- You cannot fundraise or sell goods at your event
- You may not sell food or other goods and services
