E-Apply

E-Apply is an online permit application. To apply for a street activity permit, go to E-Apply.

You will be asked to create an account and fill out a questionnaire regarding your requested permit. The application process is complete once you pay a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee by credit or debit card.
