COVID-19 Survery

The 2021 COVID-19 Survey assessed the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on Registry enrollees with questions on COVID-19-related symptoms and hospitalizations, access to medical care, mental health, quality of life, employment, and financial difficulties, among other topics.
