To do business with the City of New York, organizations should complete these steps:

Once your contract is registered and work has been performed, you can begin invoicing. If your contract financials are not managed in PASSPort, your contracting agency will inform you.
In PASSPort, Financials activities differ depending on whether your organization has an HHS contract or a non-HHS contract with the City. To verify, go to the Contract Header section and view the Industry field. If Human/Client Service displays, it is an HHS contract. If not, then the contract is considered non-HHS.
