Lincoln Hospital is part of the Generations+/Northern Manhattan Health Network, one of seven Hospital Networks comprising the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. The Generations+/Northern Manhattan Health Network includes two acute care hospitals, three Neighborhood Family Health Centers (NFHC), and 30 family health centers, children's clinics and school-based clinics located throughout Northern Manhattan, Central Harlem, East Harlem and the Bronx.
The Network's Bronx Neighborhood Family Health Centers, Morrisania and Segundo Ruiz Belvis, are affiliated specifically with Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center.
Community residents who live in the Bronx communities of Highbridge, Hunts Point and Mott Haven can receive comprehensive quality healthcare services at both Morrisania Neighborhood Family Health Center and Segundo Ruiz Belvis Neighborhood Family Health Center. Our Centers provide a broad array of primary care and diagnostic services including adult medicine, pediatrics, women's health services, dentistry, podiatry, Social Services, Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP), Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program, and access to specialty services. Diagnostic services include x-rays, ultrasound, Sonograms, Mammograms. The centers also provide on-site laboratory and pharmacy services.
Both Centers provide general health services for the whole family. Children can also receive care at our two Child Health Clinics and four school based health centers in the Bronx. Please call a center near you for more information.
