Gouverneur's award winning prenatal program combines top-notch midwifery care with high risk pregnancy care that brings healthy babies to happy families.

All uninsured pregnant patients qualify for free, high quality prenatal care through our Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP), regardless of immigration status.

Our prenatal care services rank among the nation's best. We have some of the lowest cesarean rates and premature birth rates in the country. Our multilingual staff provides comprehensive, culturally sensitive prenatal care that keeps mothers coming back as their families grow.

Services don't end when you give birth. We offer postpartum care that includes free Family Planning Services for two years and an onsite WIC program to keep your family healthy. The WIC program is a food program that provides vouchers for nutritious foods, milk, juice, formula and other items to qualifying pregnant or breast-feeding mothers, infants and children up to age 5.
