The Office of Talent and Workforce Development (NYC Talent) leads innovative workforce programs such as Community Hiring; collaborates with partners to address systemic challenges and deliver targeted support to New York City jobseekers, including people with disabilities and young people; works to increase apprenticeship opportunities for New Yorkers; and contributes data and research to improve the City's workforce development system and strategy.
