East Fordham Road Rezoning - Final Environmental Impact Statement
On August 30, 2013, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a 
Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the East Fordham Road Rezoning.
A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 10:00 AM in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning, 22 Reade Street, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments on the DEIS were requested and accepted until Monday, August 5, 2013. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
