Block 675 East - Final Environmental Impact Statement

On April 27, 2018, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Block 675 East proposal.

A public hearing on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at 10:00 am at the Department of City Planning, located at 120 Broadway, Lower Concourse, New York, New York 10271, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. The public hearing also considered modifications to the Proposed Actions (ULURP Nos. N180128(A) ZRM, 180129(A) ZSM, N180151(A) ZRM and 180152(A) ZSM). Comments were requested on the DEIS were accepted until Monday, March 26, 2018. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
