MoveMORE Promotional Materials

Everything you may need to get your agency Moving More is down below. Here are some tips to successfully promote the challenge at your agency:

 

  1. Send emails out at the start of the day or in the early afternoon. (Try to avoid sending out emails at the end of the day; they may get lost).
  2. Post flyers in common areas – e.g., by the elevator banks, the kitchenette or on a bulletin board.
  3. Send out registration reminders! (See email templates below)
  4. Get leadership involved. Invite them to join in on the fun!
  5. Spread the word by taking a tour around the office and inviting employees to participate.
  6. Recruit at different locations to help generate excitement. 

You are not limited to the provided materials. Feel free to get creative!

Email Templates

Initial challenge email – This announcement can be emailed to staff on Monday, August 13th.

Open registration – This announcement should be circulated on Monday, August 20th when registration begins. Registration will remain open for 3 weeks.

Don’t forget to sign up – This is a reminder announcement to be shared on Monday, August 27th, two weeks before the challenge begins.

Last chance to sign up – This should be circulated during the week of September 3rd.  Registration will close on Friday, September 7th at 5pm.

Please encourage any employees who are interested in learning more about the challenge or having difficulties registering to join one of our informational webinars below. Feel free to book a room and invite employees to attend together!
