DeCAP and HCFSA - Summary of Programs

The Dependent Care Assistance Program (DeCAP) is a way to pay for dependent care expenses while you and your spouse work or attend school full-time.

The Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) Program is a way to pay for eligible medical expenses (not covered by insurance) for dental, vision and hearing (not covered by the Welfare Fund).

Deductions for both Programs are pre-tax, so they reduce your taxable income and actually lower your annual taxes!
