Voting at Bronx River Addition 

You can watch the vote count live here starting April 19, 2024, from 10 AM until a final count is complete. The final vote results and final resident turnout counts will also be posted to this webpage once it is available.

Beginning Wednesday, March 13, 2024 and ending Thursday, April 11, 2024, Bronx River Addition residents will have the opportunity to vote on the future of their development. Bronx River Addition residents have been sent an official Notice of Vote that officially starts the engagement period as set by the voting procedures.

Final vote results:

On April 19, 2024, the following preliminary results were announced by MK Elections, the election administrator overseeing the vote at Bronx River Addition:

Trust: 84 votes

PACT: 22 votes

Remain in Section 9: 16 votes

Final Resident Turnout

The votes of 122 residents of Nostrand Houses have been counted.

Of these, 112 are Heads of Household at Nostrand, representing 61% of all Heads of Household at the development.  Accordingly, the minimum Head of Household participation threshold required by the Trust legislation and set by the voting procedures at 20% has been met.

How do I vote?

Eligible voters received the following voting materials in the mail:

• A paper ballot to vote by mail or in person;
• A secret ballot envelope
• An envelope with a mailing return address and prepaid postage that must be used if voting by mail; and
• Information and credentials residents can use to securely vote online.

Eligible voters who did not receive their credentials should email bxra@mkelections.com or call 203-403-8401 for a replacement ballot.

Voting by mail

• Every eligible voter will be sent a ballot. Residents can vote by completing the ballot provided and using the return envelope to mail in the vote. The ballot return envelope must be postmarked no later than April 11, 2024, to be counted.

Voting online

• Eligible voters can vote online starting Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 10 a.m. through Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 7 p.m. Online voting is available for the entirety of the voting period. The website address and credentials will be provided with the voting materials mailed to each eligible voter.

Voting in person

• Eligible voters may vote in person at 1350 Manor Avenue, April 3L, Bronx, NY 10472starting Tuesday, April 2, 2024 @ 10am, through Thursday, April 11, 2024 @ 7pm (the final 10 days of voting).
