Brian Honan

Brian Honan is the Executive Vice President of the Office of Intergovernmental Relations at NYCHA. In this role, he is responsible for advancing all of NYCHA’s legislative priorities and overseeing the Authority’s intergovernmental strategy.

Brian joined NYCHA in 2006 and has led the Office of Intergovernmental Relations since 2008. During his tenure, he has played a key role in advancing legislation on shelter allowance, federalization, and budget inclusion for NYCHA. He has spent more than 20 years working in or with government in New York City.

Mr. Honan graduated from Hunter College in 1993.
