Award Milestones Tracker

Track your contract's progress towards completion in PASSPort.

Where can I find the tracker?

The Award Milestones tracker allows both vendors (contract awardees) and their contracting agencies to track a contract's progress toward contract registration with the New York City Comptroller Office.

To view the tracker, go to the Contract and click the Award Milestones tab located in the left navigation menu.

About the Tracker

See below to learn more about each column in the Award Milestones Tracker table.

Status column:

Labels the current state of a milestone in the contract.

  •   A Green square means the milestone is complete.
  •   An Orange square means the milestone is ready to be worked on, or in progress.
  •   A Gray square means the milestone is not yet initiated or is not applicable.

Detail column:

Lists the milestones of the contract.

The milestones may be different depending on the contract type.

Last Modified By column:

Lists the name of the last user who worked on a milestone.

Start Date column

Typically lists the date of when the task was assigned to the relevant system user(s).

Completion Date column

Lists the date and time when work on the milestone was completed.

Milestones That Require Your Action!

Keep an eye out for these three milestones your organization must complete. If they display in an orange In Progress status, it's time to take action and finalize the steps:

  • Vendor Document Submission
  • Vendor Contract Review
  • Contract Signature
    (This milestone is a task for your organization and for the contracting agency.)

Tracker not appearing?

If the tracker table does not appear on the screen when you select Award Milestones on the side navigation menu, then:

  • The contract type does not offer a milestones tracker, or
  • The contract was initiated in PASSPort before the tracker feature became available in 2021.
