LPC Open Office Hours

In the summer of 2021, LPC launched its Open Office Hours initiative for homeowners considering work on their designated buildings. This initiative enables property owners to virtually meet one-on-one with preservation staff to discuss their potential projects and ask questions about LPC permitting. Read more about it here.

SoHo/NoHo Open Office Hours (for owners of buildings in SoHo/NoHo historic districts)

November 18, 2022 – 1 PM-2 PM

LPC’s Preservation Department is holding open office hours on zoom for property owners who need help understanding LPC regulations for work on buildings in the historic districts located within the SoHo/NoHo Neighborhood Plan, including the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District, SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District Extension, NoHo Historic District, NoHo Historic District Extension, and NoHo East Historic District.

Business Express Open Office Hours (for commercial business owners in designated buildings and historic districts citywide)

December 15, 2022 between 9 AM and 5 PM

LPC’s Preservation Department is holding open office hours on zoom for commercial business owners or their representatives who need help understanding LPC regulations for work on storefronts and other street-level commercial spaces in designated buildings and historic districts, including restaurants, retail stores and offices.
