Common Benefit ID Card EBT Services Office

The Common Benefit Identification Card (CBIC) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Services Office, currently located at 227 Schermerhorn Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Ground Floor will move to 785 Atlantic Avenue, 1st Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11238, on February 3, 2025. The business hours at the CBIC OTC Office are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Closed on Holidays). This move will not affect any existing cases and does not require any action from current clients.

Home Care Services Program (HCSP) Office and Brooklyn South Medicaid Office Relocation

On August 5, 2024, HRA’s Home Care Services Program (HCSP) Office and the Brooklyn South Medicaid Office, both located at 785 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11238, will move from the 1st floor of that building to the 4th floor of the same facility. This also means the client entrance for the HCSP and Medicaid Offices will now be at 495 Clermont Avenue.
