RFP Release 

HPD released the Grand Concourse Library and Affordable Housing Request for Proposals (RFP) on January 28, 2025. HPD and NYPL invited developers to submit proposals for the redevelopment of the Grand Concourse Library in the Bronx with a new state-of-the-art library and 100 percent affordable housing above. An online pre-submission conference was held on February 18, 2025. Submissions were due on May 2, 2025.

HPD designated the winning development team on November 20, 2025. For more information about the selected proposal, check out the press release.
