Explosives Permit
Permit Description
A permit is required to store, handle, use or sell explosives as follows:
- Store, sell or offer for sale any quantity of black powder and smokeless powder.
- Store, sell or offer for sale any qu antity of blasting caps.
- Store, sell or offer for sale two hundred or more shells of small arms ammunition.

Store, handle, use, sell or offer for sale any quantity of explosives, other than those specified in Items 1, 2 and 3 above.
