S-60 Watchperson at Construction Sites

The S-60 Certificate of Fitness is required for a watch person at any construction site having a footprint of between 5,000 square feet and 40,000 square feet. The watchperson must be on duty at the site during all hours when operations are not in progress.

Certificate of Fitness is valid only for the specific person to whom it is issued and can be used anywhere within New York City.

• Renewal Fees: $5
• Application Reviewed Within: 1-2 days

• Renewal Cycle: 3 Year
