P-02 Generic Precision Testing

About

The P-02 Certificate of Fitness is required for precision testing of underground storage systems. P-02 Certificate of Fitness is only valid along with the manufacture’s certification. Both Certificates of Fitness and manufacture’s certification shall be readily available on the premises for inspection by Fire Department representatives.
 
This Certificate of Fitness is valid only for the specific person to whom it is issued and can be used anywhere within New York City.

  • Renewal Cycle: 3 Years

Before You Submit Your Application

You must pass a written exam to get a P-02 Certificate of Fitness.
