2016 IDNYC Benefits Provide Free Memberships to 40 Cultural Organizations

New Yorkers who receive their cars in 2016 will have access to 40 museums, zoos, performing arts centers, and more across the city. Current 2015 cardholders will continue to have access to over a dozen institutions, including MoMA, the American Museum of Natural History, and more.

DCLA Request for Proposals: NYC Cultural Plan Consultant

DCLA is seeking a qualified consultant to engage the public to research and write the first ever cultural plan for the City of New York. Consultants are invited to submit a proposal for undertaking the work described in the RFP. Deadline for proposals is January 7, 2016 at 5:00 PM.

Open Call for Cultural Development Fund Panelists

Now through February 16, the Department of Cultural Affairs is accepting nominations from individuals interested in participating as or recommending panelists for the Cultural Development Fund application review process. Panelists should have knowledge of the agency and the constituency it serves, demonstrate expertise in one or more cultural disciplines, and (for borough-specific panels) be familiar with the cultural community of a specific borough.
