Concessions at NYC DCAS

Building your business should feel like a ribbon cutting ceremony something worth celebrating. Build your business with DCAS!

New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) offers a variety of business opportunities as a concessionaire to showcase your business brand on City property. A concession is an agreement that allows a company to operate a business on City property. Concessions are granted for a fixed number of years following a public evaluation process. Concessions contracts may include outdoor food courts, cafés, pedestrian plazas, and vending machines.

Rules governing Concessions are subject to Title 12 of the Rules of the City of New York, commonly referred to as the City’s Rules on Concessions. A Request for Proposal is the primary method that DCAS uses to select the most qualified concessionaire and ensure the best value for the City of New York.

Whether you are looking to start a small business or grow an existing venture, explore our currently available Requests for Proposals, Requests for Bids, and Expressions of Interest to find the project that’s right for you.
