DCAS periodically provides opportunities for the public to submit responses related to the potential use of City property. The types of documents issued by DCAS to seek responses include Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Bids (RFBs), and Requests for Expressions of Interest (RFEIs).
See below for links and instructions for RFPs, RFBs, and RFEIs. For updates, please check back often or join our email mailing list.
In an RFP, DCAS seeks proposals and awards a contract to the proposer who best satisfies criteria established by DCAS.
There are no open RFPs at this time. Please check back frequently or join the mailing list at the link above.
In an RFB, DCAS seeks bids and awards a contract to the highest bidder who meets the minimum requirements set by DCAS.
There are no open RFBs at this time. Please check back frequently or join the mailing list at the link above.
In an RFEI, DCAS seeks information and feedback on a given property, property type, or activity type.
