Cooper Square Plaza

Currently under construction, the Cooper Square Plaza will revamp the area of Cooper Triangle Park at the intersection of Cooper Square and 3rd Avenue. The area will be revamped with new trees, plantings and benches. This plaza will be managed by the Department of Transportation.
