What does “C-Calendared” mean on the Property Profile?

A Calendared Status indicates the property has been selected by LPC for public hearing review.

When does the 40-day hold begin for calendared properties?

For Standard Plan Examination Review filings the 40-day hold begins when the job status is PE Review. For Professional Certification filings the hold will begin when QA Review is completed. This timing applies to initial filings and subsequent filings. For PAA filings the 40-day clock will start as soon as the PAA is submitted.

How will I know if my job is on a 40-day hold?

Once the Plan Examination or QA Review is complete, an email notification is sent to all stakeholders on the job filing to inform them of the 40-day hold and the job status will update to Application on 40-day hold.

When is the LPC Approval/Permit document required for landmarked properties?

For Landmarked Status, initial and subsequent filings cannot be approved unless the LPC Approval/Permit document is submitted and landmark fees are paid, or a waiver request is approved. If LPC approval was not required on the original filing, it must be submitted and fees paid before DOB can issue the permit.

When is LPC approval required for PAAs?

PAAs require applicants to indicate whether changes are administrative or technical.

  • Administrative changes (eg.name changes): LPC approval is required only if it was required on the original filing.
  • Technical changes: A new PAA LPC Approval/Permit document is required if the original filing included LPC approval; if not, LPC approval or an approved waiver is required. Landmark fees apply after the PAA LPC document is submitted.

When are landmark fees applied in DOB NOW?

Landmark fees are applied after the LPC Approval/Permit required document is submitted.
