Community Board 9 is happy to assist you, before contacting us, if your concern involved another New York City agency, please obtain a 311 service request number and be prepared to provide us with the reference number(s) and as much information as possible regarding your concern/question/comment. Information such as exact location, time, date and detail of occurrence is helpful as well as if any other agency has been contacted. Once your request has been received, please allow a few days for our staff to contact you regarding a resolution or a request for more information.
