Designation of the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services, the Fire Department, and the Department of Design and Construction as Administering Agencies

I hereby designate:

• The Mayor’s Office of Contract Services, or any successor office, in consultation with the Law Department, as the designated agency pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 6-130.1 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York. 
• The Fire Department as the designated agency pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 15-150 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York. 
• The Department of Design and Construction as the designated agency pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 18-161 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York. 

Further, the Office for Coordination of the Transition to Borough-Based Jails is hereby established in the Executive Office of the Mayor pursuant to Charter section 20-s.

This designation shall be published pursuant to Section 11-a of the New York City Charter.
