Mayor Eric Adams: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. And commissioner, these are all college bound. [Laughter]. But really this is so important and we're excited about you going to college and all of the entire team for doing this because of those who have started college and those dorms, every dollar, first of all, you're going to be broke for a long time. But everything that we give them from the pillow, to the sleeping bed, to the quilt. This entire list, computer, popup hamper, USB drive, phone charger all these things we take for granted. But try not having your phone charger, we go crazy when doing so. And this is just our small way of saying you did your part, get in college, we have to do our part to support you. And so, the mere fact, sometimes people believe that you leave high school and all of a sudden you're going to fall off this cliff, that support system that was in place is going to disappear, but it's not.
Mayor Adams: Chancellor Banks has made it clear we want to do that continuation to be there all the way through. And this is just our way of saying, we want to just inspire you to come back, to be a city employee. But this is your whole team, you have a whole team from Parks to Human Resources to the Police Department to Immigration. This is like team. You had this whole... As you are walking, you're walking, this is your posse. You know what I'm saying? So, not every city builds all of this behind you. This is your whole posse and you need to tap into it. You need to tap into it and say that don't just think that a city agency's a city agency. It's not, this is your support system.
Mayor Adams: And just about all of them here have all gone through college. They know how challenging it is. They know what it is that first year is the hardest. But once you get that first year and you find your stride, you're cool. You're going to make it happen. And so, we want to make sure that in these bags, we didn't only pack items, we packed love and we wish you so much success. What is going to be your major? You said medicine. Wow. Okay. Okay. Love it. Love it. We need it. Especially with this crazy Supreme Court, but we'll leave that alone. So, thank you. Thank you. Say a few words to everyone. Okay.
