Business Link connects you, the employer, with the talent you need, when you need it. We offer free recruitment, job matching, and job referral services. Employers are never under any obligation to hire a Business Link referral.

Business Link offers wage reimbursement of qualified hires up to $1,800 over 13 weeks. Our talent pool spans a wide range of ages, education, experience, and interests.

Including recruitment and prescreening, we can match your company with qualified jobseekers within 5-14 calendar days.

What skills and credentials will talent have?

Many Business Link’s candidates already have the following credentials:

  • New York State Security Guard License
  • Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
  • Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC)
  • Food Protection Certificate
