TC106A - Appeal of a Denial of a Senior Citizen or Disabled Exemption
TC106CV - Appeal of Denial of a Veteran or Clergy Exemption
TC106S - Appeal of a Denial of a Star Exemption
TC106SUP - Must be fully completed and filed with TC106A or TC106S, invalid if filed separately
