Below 120 Below 80 Your blood pressure is in the normal range.
120-139 80-89 Discuss what this means at your next visit with your health care provider.
140-179 90-109 Your blood pressure is high. See or call your health care provider ASAP.
Above 180 Above 110 Your blood pressure is dangerously high. See your health care provider or get medical care today, even if you feel fine.

A BMI that is:

  • Below 18.5 is underweight.
  • 18.5–24.9 is normal weight.
  • 25–29.9 is overweight.
  • 30 and above is obese.

Your Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months.

An A1C number that is:

  • Below 5.7 is normal.
  • 5.7-6.4 means you have prediabetes.
  • 6.5 and above means you have diabetes.
