Important Hardship Update Effective October 5, 2026

Beginning October 5, 2026, hardship self-certification is subject to annual limits.

The Plan allows a maximum of three (3) Self-Certification Requests in a calendar year (January 1 through December 31) across all Plan accounts (457 and 401(k)). The aggregate amount of all requests, up to three, cannot exceed $50,000 for the calendar year.

For 2026 only, the annual limits will be measured from October 5, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The limits will reset on January 1, 2027, and will thereafter be measured on a January 1 through December 31 calendar-year basis.
