RFP Release

HPD released the Nevins and Third Request for Proposals (RFP) on April 15th, 2024. HPD invited developers to submit proposals to develop high-quality, sustainable housing with community amenities on two separate sites in the Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. An online pre-submission conference was held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Submissions were due on Friday, July 19th, 2024.

Third Avenue Site: HPD designated the winning development team on April 24, 2025. For more information about the selected development proposal, check out the press release.
