eRent Roll

HPD's eRent Roll application allows for the electronic submission and review of rent rolls. The application is designed to streamline how HPD accepts rent rolls and reduce the amount of requests you receive over time. The application now features a universal template that can be used across the agency. 

Currently, the following areas at HPD are using eRent Roll exclusively to accept rent roll submissions:

  • Asset Management
  • Homeless Placement Services
  • LIHTC & Home Compliance
  • Marketing & Affordability Oversight

You may receive a request for a submission of a rent roll from other Divisions within HPD as well.
