HOME Investment Partnerships Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program 

The HOME Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (HOME TBRA) program is a federally funded rental assistance program that provides rental assistance to families at risk of homelessness, families who are homeless, and families who are financially distressed.

Families receiving assistance under the HOME TBRA program pay approximately 30% of their adjusted incomes toward rent. The HOME TBRA program is intended to provide rental assistance of up to two years. Assistance may be renewed, depending on the availability of program funds.
