RFP Release

HPD released the 388 Hudson Street Request for Proposals (RFP) on February 14, 2025. HPD and NYC Parks invited developers to submit proposals to develop a high-quality mixed-use building with 100% affordable housing and an NYC Parks recreation center in Manhattan Community District 2. An online pre-submission conference was held on March 11, 2025. Submissions were due on May 23, 2025. HPD and NYC Parks reviewed submissions and designated the winning development team on December 18, 2025
