FDNY Holds Line of Duty Death Plaque Dedication Ceremony for Fire Marshal Christopher Tripp Zanetis

Fire Commissioner Daniel A. Nigro will preside over the plaque dedication ceremony to honor Fire Marshal Christopher Tripp Zanetis on Friday, March 15, at 11 a.m. at the Quarters of Engine Company 28/Ladder Company 11, 222 East 2nd Street, Manhattan.
A 10-year-veteran of the FDNY, Fire Marshal Zanetis was serving as a Captain in the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard when he was killed in HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter crash in Iraq in 2018.
