FDNY Commissioner Lillian Bonsignore welcomed the last graduating class of probationary EMTs before the 25th anniversary of September 11th and promoted paramedics and EMS officers at a ceremony on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026, at the Colden Auditorium in Queens.
