Mayor Mamdani, FDNY Commissioner Bonsignore provide update on major technical response at a Manhattan skyscraper

At a Public Information Briefing on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, Mayor Zohran Mamdani, FDNY Commissioner Lillian Bonsignore and New York City officials from a number of emergency response agencies provided an update on a major technical response at a Midtown skyscraper at Manhattan Box 0790.

FDNY units responded to Manhattan Box 0790 after reports of falling bricks.
