Get in the spirit of the holidays on Tuesday, Dec. 2, when the FDNY and the FDNY Foundation host a special 2026 Calendar of Heroes meet-and-greet and autograph signing at the FDNY Fire Zone in Rockefeller Center in New York City, the Department's official fire and life safety learning center and FDNY Shop.
From 12 to 2 p.m., the public can meet the firefighters, EMTs and paramedics featured in the 2026 calendar, secure a copy with a $25 donation and get it signed, and take photos with the FDNY members. The FDNY Shop located inside the FDNY Fire Zone will also be open for attendees to buy gifts for people on their list this holiday season while supporting a meaningful cause.
Giving Tuesday kicks off the season of giving, and the Calendar of Heroes is truly a gift that gives back. The calendar features FDNY members who embody peak fitness, resilience and strength. Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity that takes place annually and encourages people to give back to their communities through acts of charity, kindness and volunteerism.
Proceeds from the FDNY Calendar of Heroes, as well as merchandise and apparel located in the FDNY Shop, go directly back to the FDNY Foundation and into programs that support the FDNY's members, enhance training and keep New Yorkers safe.
The 2026 Calendar of Heroes is also available online at FDNYShop.com.
The event is open to the public. The FDNY Fire Zone is located at 61 West 48th Street in Manhattan.

FDNY members who appear in the 2026 Calendar of Heroes show off their copies at the launch event on June 26, 2025.
